Blessings Jeub Family,
I first saw your show when it originally aired and take every opportunity to see it when it airs again. You are so blessed! I have your books and look forward to anything new you may write.
I am a single Christian Mom of two blessings I adopted from China. I am attempting to work (because we have to have income) and homeschool the girls. My parents keep them daily but wow is my budget tight. Curriculum is so expensive - what do you use or suggest? I know there are some free sights out there and I have been looking them over.

Thanks for you time and God bless,
Candace in Shreveport Louisiana

Hi,
We want to home school our 4 year old son.
My husband and I would like to know which school program your family is using. We found a couple but are new to the process and not sure which one to pick.
Thank you,
Nellie Kellinger

I'm sure all your children are at different grade levels. How do you accomodate all their academic needs? Do you focus on each one individually or teach several of them at once at one level?

--------------------
We do a bit of both. Whenever we can, we group the kids together, but they sometimes need individual attention.

I just started homeschooling my 4 1/2 son. He wanted to learn to read so he could read to his little brother. He loves it. I enjoy it, even at doing kindergarten work. His 2 older cousins are in public school and told him next year he will be able to come there. He told them I like going to school at home and I like my mommy being my teacher. As his mommy that made me feel GREAT! Learning from home is allowing my son the Christ lead life that I want for him and his brother.
God bless and take care, sheri

I'm a new homeschooler. I'm goinginto the 3rd grade with my oldest DD, we've never done anything but HSing. My other 2 children are 5 and 3, and cramming ONE child in the day is challenging, to say the least. I was, at first, completely what's the word I'm looking for here, ashamed, watching Wendy (and Chris) handle these children, HSing, cooking, cleaning. With no one yelling, no one arguing. Kids cooperating, behaving. It was intimidating. How could THIS woman do what I do times 13? And she doesn't seem to break a sweat!

Then I kept viewing the program. In awe. What was at first intimidating, making me ashamed of myself for ever complaining, became an inspiration. I'm still not sure HOW you guys do what you do, but it was inspiration for my own home, that things, with just 3 kids, do not have to be chaotic.

Thank you for sharing your lives. I'm fascinated by large families, but too many times I see television choosing to show extremist families, who have no interest in the real world out there, and no interest in raising their children to belong in it. Seeing a normal, healthy family, who makes it on their own, and is Christian but not so extreme that I cannot identify, was so refreshing. So inspiring. I hope that TLC will continue to give us nosey people a look at *normal* large families! :)

Really enjoyed your show on TLC. I have been trying to find a good human body curriculum, and whatever you were using in the taping caught my eye. Can you share what you were using?
