I'm loving all of your ideas. Thanks so much! I just wanted to pass on one of our family's favorite quick and easy breakfasts when we're pressed for time (can even be eaten in the car on the way to church.)

Fruit & Yogurt parfaits - everyone gets an 8oz or so cup. Plop in a few spoonfuls of yogurt. Add some chopped fruit (strawberries, bananas, grapes etc) add a couple more spoonfuls of yogurt. Can also mix in granola or dry cereal (bran flakes actually taste pretty good in there) and voila. Not too bad healthwise, and the kids (at least mine) love it! :)

Hi!
I like watching your family on TLC. Makes me want more children, I have four now.
Anyway, here's a great way to let your kids make an excellent breakfast or any meal for that matter.
Make an Omelet in a zip lock bag.

1.Drop beaten egg into zip lock bag, add a bit of water to the egg before you beat it.
2. Add to the egg mixture in the bag, the toppings your children like, cheese, ham, green pepper, tomatoes, shredded potatoes, whatever you fancy in your omelet.
3.Have a pot of boiling water boiling. Drop the bags into the pot and cook for 13 minutes.
4. Slide out omelet onto plate.
No mess, Children can make their own with parental supervision.
