I got your book. I sat down and immediately read it. Now we are reading it as a family each night. I am surprised that my kids are now writing down everything they eat.

Ya’ll keep spitting those books out so my family has something good to read;)

Hi Wendy! I got my book early this afternoon and read it before dinner (thankfully I had something easy to prepare for dinner!)

What a great book! Well done (thanks for keeping it short and to the point too!) You are an inspiration and I look forward to pluggin away at this. I have about 30 lbs. to lose (ideally, 20 would be a great place to get to also!). I look forward to implementing your 8 steps as well as the other things you suggest…..

…..now if I only liked walnuts! LOL!

I just got my book today and have read most of it already. Two things really stuck out so far, the fireplace analogy- what fuel am I feeding it, and being prepared ahead of time when I am out of the house. Overall it doesn’t tell you what to do or not do but shows you how to figure out what will work best for your situation.

I have most of your books and I especially love the cookbook.will you be putting recipes from the website in it? I esp. like the sloppy joes and beans,and the handmade pinata you listed instructions for.

I am so looking forward to your new book. I also need to buy your cookbook again. (I gave mine away). I really need something to help me with my weight. I had a terrible diet with my first child and it went downhill from there. Our ninth is 8 months old and we aren’t expecting another one yet. I hope to have time to lose weight and get in better shape before the next one. (If God gives us more). I’ll definitely be pre-ordering your book.

You look phenomical Wendy and I feel what you said. I am due to have my daughter soon and I know all too well how yucky I feel about myself physically at first but it is always temporary and I have a healthy eating aspect on life which makes all the difference in the world. I care about my body for my kids, my husband and myself. I too look better now than I did I was younger. I can’t wait to read your book. ) I hope you and your family have a Blessed Easter!
