The Jeub Family Shipping & Return Policy

All JeubFamily.com products are shipped through its publisher, Monument Publishing. Monument Publishing ships its products out of their office in Colorado every Tuesday and Friday. They download all shipments made before 9:00 a.m. USA Mountain Time to be shipped United States Postal Service (USPS) the next day. All orders will receive confirmation via email with tracking numbers.
Once orders are sent out from the Monument Publishing warehouse, resources will arrive at the destination according to the kind of shipping selected. The following chart shows the breakdown:

Returns
Monument Publishing backs up a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee policy for all products returned within 30 days of shipment. Simply return the item(s) with original packing slip to Monument Publishing, 18725 Monument Hill Rd. #13, Monument, CO 80132.
Credits to the product minus shipping cost will be applied to the credit card of the original order. If the original credit card is not available to place the amount on, a check will be issued and sent to the customer.
